FR SL Speed V3 (Boot Only)

FR SL Speed V3 is FR Skates’ flagship competition boot for elite skaters and demanding racers. The third generation combines a lighter carbon construction, a closer anatomical fit, a redesigned carbon cuff and a precise closure system. The result is a direct connection to the skate that supports explosive acceleration, confident edge transitions and exceptionally accurate control.

The revised toe box and forefoot wrap the foot more closely. A lower carbon cuff has less forward extension while retaining strong lateral support, allowing efficient forward flex without sacrificing stability. Two slim plastic buckles and waxed laces secure the foot; the two upper lace eyelets sit on an independent outer layer to support natural forward movement.

The integrated Intuition high-density foam liner adapts to the foot through use for a close, responsive fit. Insoles are not included, allowing the skater to select a preferred footbed according to individual support and volume requirements.

The 165 mm frame mounting uses 13-hole mounting plates with reference marks for precise positioning and repeatable setup adjustments. At approximately 630 g per boot in size EU 41, the boot provides a strong balance of low weight, support and racing precision.

Recommended use

Elite and competition Speed Slalom, SkateCross and Downhill. Depending on the selected frame and wheel setup, it is also suitable for fast urban skating and demanding endurance sessions. This listing includes the boots only; frames, wheels, bearings and insoles are not included.
