SHIPPING

 

Orders are shipped via Zásilkovna/Packeta, DPD, and PPL.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country, selected carrier, order value, and the nature of the shipment. The exact shipping cost is always displayed in the checkout before the order is completed.

For orders over 200 €, we offer free shipping for standard shipments.

In case of larger orders (for example two or more pairs of skates), the order may be split into multiple parcels for better protection of the goods or may fall into a higher weight category. In such cases, free shipping may not apply in full, and a reduced shipping fee may be charged according to the current carrier pricing.

In case of a partial return of the order, which reduces the total order value below the free shipping threshold, the eligibility for discounted or free shipping may be recalculated based on the value of the retained goods.

The final shipping cost is always shown in the checkout before the order is submitted.
