How the discount system works
Your customer discount level is automatically based on the total value of your orders over the last 24 months. The more you skate with us, the higher discount you receive. Discounts typically range from approximately 3% for active customers up to significantly higher benefits for CoolSkaters PRO members.
You can always see your current discount:

directly in product prices within the e-shop (prices are already displayed with your discount applied)
The discount is therefore calculated automatically, and no discount codes are required.
CoolSkaters PRO
Customers with a higher total purchase value gradually move to the CoolSkaters PRO level — the inner circle of our community.
This level brings:

priority information about new arrivals and selected products
