Your regular shoe size is only a rough reference and often differs from skate sizing across brands and models.
Measure both feet
We recommend measuring both your right and left foot, as their lengths may differ.
Always choose the size according to the longer foot.
You can have your feet measured in a sports shoe store or easily do it at home.
How to measure your foot at home

Stand with your back to a wall (or between door frames) and place your heel against the wall.

Put a book or straight object in front of your longest toe.

Mark the floor at the edge of the book.

Measure the distance from the wall to the mark – this is your foot length in millimeters.
